2-Day Desert Trip from Marrakech
Experience the highlights of the desert, camel trekking, and Morocco’s iconic sites in a compact two-day journey.
Day 1: Marrakech to Erg Lihoudi (Overnight in the Desert)
Departure from Marrakech early morning. Drive to Agdez (palm groves and kasbahs), continue to Tamgrout (pottery workshops and Quranic library), then to Mhamid. Arrive at Erg Lihoudi for camel trekking, sunset, traditional Berber dinner, and overnight in a desert camp.
Day 2: Erg Lihoudi to Marrakech (End of Tour)
After breakfast, ride camels back to Mhamid. Drive to Zagora (palm groves, desert gateway), continue to Ouarzazate (Kasbah Taourirt or Atlas Film Studios if time permits), then Ait Benhaddou (UNESCO kasbah). Return to Marrakech via Tizi n'Tichka Pass. End of tour.
