Day-by-day itinerary
Day 1Fes – Ifrane – Azrou – Khenifra – Ouzoud Waterfalls
Drive through the Middle Atlas via Ifrane, Azrou and Khenifra. Explore the spectacular Ouzoud waterfalls on foot or by boat. Dinner and overnight near the falls.
Day 2Ouzoud Waterfalls – Marrakech
A morning at the waterfalls, then the drive to Marrakech. Check in, visit Jemaa el-Fnaa square and enjoy Moroccan cuisine. Overnight in Marrakech.
Day 3Marrakech
A full day in Marrakech: the Koutoubia Mosque, the Saadian Tombs, Majorelle Garden, the Bahia Palace and the souks of the medina. Lunch at a local restaurant. Overnight in Marrakech.
Day 4Marrakech – Tizi n’Tichka – Ait Benhaddou – Skoura
Cross the Tizi n’Tichka pass and visit Telouet and Ait Benhaddou. Optional visits in Ouarzazate, then on to Skoura for dinner and overnight.
Day 5Skoura – Rose Valley – Todra Gorge – Merzouga
Drive through the Rose Valley, the Todra Gorge and Erfoud to Merzouga. Sunset camel trek in the Erg Chebbi dunes, dinner and overnight in a luxury desert camp.
Day 6Merzouga – Midelt – Ifrane – Fes
Drive back to Fes with optional stops in Errachidia, Midelt, Azrou and Ifrane. Farewell dinner in Fes and overnight, or transfer to the airport.
